Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns for free, subject to the rules below.
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Please ensure that item needs to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We don’t accept returns after the relevant returns period above.
If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want while it’s still in stock is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
